Executive Vice President (Secretary-Treasurer) – Jack Seddon was nominated and seconded for the position of Executive Vice President. As no other nomination for this office was received, Mr. Seddon is elected to such office by acclamation. Mr. Seddon will serve as the interim Executive Vice President until January 1, 2010 when he will commence a three-year elected term.
Vice President for Private Practice Physicians – Having been no other nominations for this Office, Michael Connair, MD is hereby elected by acclamation for a new three-year term of office to commence on January 1, 2010.
Vice President for State Employed Physicians – There were no nominations received for this Office. The Executive Director may recommend a State Employed Physician to the Board to serve in this Office.
Vice President Professional Managers and Supervisors Association (PMSA) – Having been no other nominations received for this office, Ms. Brenda Nedzweckas is re-elected by acclamation for a new three-year term to commence on January 1, 2010.
Vice President Public Employees Union (PEU) – There were no nominations received for this Office. The Executive Director may recommend a PEU Member to serve in this Office. Until such time as the Office is filled, the Vice President for PMSA will in addition to her Office serve as Vice President of PEU.
Vice President State Employees Attorneys Guild (SEAG) – Having been no other nominations for this Office, Dekle Day, Esq. is hereby re-elected by acclamation for a new three-year term to commence on January 1, 2010.
Vice President for Professional Air Traffic Controllers Organization (PATCO) – Having been no other nominations for this Office, Mr. Jerry Tuso is hereby re-elected by acclamation for a new three-year term to commence on January 1, 2010.
Delegate to National and International Meetings and Conventions - Jack Seddon, Executive Director was re-elected to serve as a Delegate at National and International Meetings and Conventions for an additional three years, effective January 1, 2010.
SPECIAL NOTE: There were two nominations voided. One nomination was voided as it was for an Office other than from the member’s appropriate Division. The second nomination was voided, as the nominee did not meet the constitutional one-year “Member-In-Good” standing requirement.
