Annual dues for the Federation of Physicians and Dentists are currently $712.00 without a political action contribution and $738.00 with a political action contribution called COPE to be paid in full by check for one calendar year of membership. The membership year runs from your anniversary date (the date you joined FPD) to one year from that date at which time you will receive an invoice for the subsequent calendar year.

For your convenience, FPD also offers a credit card option. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.  You may opt for paying your $712.00 or $738.00 as a lump-sum for the calendar year, or your may choose to pay on the monthly installment plan. Monthly installments are $59.33 per month without COPE and $61.50 with COPE. The monthly installments are not available to those who pay by check.

If you terminate your membership, please be considerate enough to call and/or fax us with that information giving 30 days of notice before we remove dues from your credit card or to be removed from the invoicing database for those paying by check.
